Entrectinib
An oral anticancer drug that blocks the kinases TRK A, B and C, ROS1 and ALK. Approved in 2019, it is indicated for solid tumours with NTRK gene fusions, regardless of the organ of origin, and for ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer. This family brings together the active ingredient and nitrosamines.
Did you know? The first country to approve it was Japan, in June 2019, two months before the United States, where it was the first medicine designed to target both ROS1 and NTRK.
