Ipamorelin
A synthetic pentapeptide derived from GHRP-1 that activates the ghrelin receptor and triggers the release of growth hormone: described in 1998 as the first selective GH secretagogue, it was studied for postoperative ileus but was never approved. This family brings together the active ingredient.
