Nitenpyram
A first-generation neonicotinoid insecticide that binds irreversibly to insect nicotinic acetylcholine receptors; used in agriculture since 1995 and, in the United States since 2000, in tablets to kill fleas on dogs and cats. This family brings together the active ingredient, labelled standards and other impurities.
Did you know?It works fast: the effect on fleas is visible about 30 minutes after the tablet, and within 24 hours almost all adult fleas are dead.
