Roxatidine
A histamine H2 receptor antagonist, patented in 1979 and approved in 1986: as roxatidine acetate it is used for gastric and duodenal ulcer, gastritis and reflux oesophagitis. This family brings together the active ingredient, labelled standards, nitrosamines and other impurities.
