Sufentanil

A synthetic opioid analgesic of the fentanyl family, first synthesised in Belgium in 1974 and used mainly as the analgesic component of anaesthesia during surgery. This family brings together pharmacopoeial impurities.

Did you know?Compared with fentanyl it has a sulphur-containing thiophene ring instead of the benzene ring and an extra methoxymethyl group on the piperidine ring, which increases its potency.

Custom synthesis of impurities, metabolites and labelled compounds, with the same characterisation level.
