A ready-to-use equimolar mix of the four deoxynucleotides dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, molecular biology grade, with purity certified at ≥99% by HPLC and pH 7.0-7.5. It comes in two concentrations: 40 mM total (10 mM of each dNTP) and 10 mM total (2.5 mM each). Every lot is functionally tested with thermostable polymerases and checked for absence of contaminating nuclease activities.
