A ready-to-use 5x loading buffer for DNA electrophoresis on agarose gels. It contains a density agent that makes the sample sink to the bottom of the well and a tracking dye that makes loading visible and lets you follow the run. It is available in four colours, each with a different dye and a dye front at a different position, so you can choose one that does not mask the fragments of interest.
