A 6x concentrated loading buffer for preparing DNA samples, markers and PCR reactions for loading onto agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It contains glycerol, EDTA and two tracking dyes, bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF, which let you follow the progress of the electrophoresis run.
