A lyophilised 5x master mix for standard PCR, screening and high-throughput testing. It contains TEMPase Hot Start DNA Polymerase, an ammonium buffer system, dNTPs and MgCl2 (2 mM in the reaction), and is reconstituted with the 5x DryTech Buffer Clear included in the pack. The Clear version contains no dye. Before reconstitution the product is stable for 12 months at room temperature (up to 25 °C) and ships without cooling, cutting transport costs and CO2 impact.
