A lyophilised 5x master mix for standard PCR, screening and high-throughput testing. It contains TEMPase Hot Start DNA Polymerase, an ammonium buffer system, dNTPs and MgCl2 (2 mM in the reaction), and is reconstituted with the 5x DryTech Buffer Green included in the pack. The green buffer contains a dye and density reagent so samples can be loaded straight onto agarose gels without loading buffer. Before reconstitution the product is stable for 12 months at room temperature (up to 25 °C) and ships without cooling, cutting transport costs and CO2 impact.

All in one with hot start
Hot start polymerase, buffer, dNTPs and MgCl2 in one master mix: only primers, template and water are added.
Direct gel loading
The green dye separates into two fronts, at about 100 bp and about 1,000 bp on 1% agarose.
Amplicons up to 4 kb
Validated on amplicons from about 200 bp to about 3 kb and suited to products up to 4 kb.
