Kit for rapid isolation of plasmid DNA from E. coli strains using mini spin columns. DNA binds selectively to the column membrane, is washed and eluted in elution buffer or water, with yields of up to 60 µg. The high capacity of the membrane allows work with viscous lysates without loss of yield.
