It includes the high-performance Script Reverse Transcriptase, optimized 5X Reaction Buffer, DTT, RNase Inhibitor Bovine and cDNA synthesis primers (oligo(dT)20 and random hexamers), offering a complete and convenient solution for routine and high-sensitivity applications with the shortest protocol and minimum pipetting steps.
