Description
The highly active and thermostable Script Reverse Transcriptase provides high yields of full-length cDNA. cDNA synthesis from a 1 kb RNA template for 2 min at 60 °C shows that Script matches SuperScript III performance and exceeds all other tested competitors. Offered as a standalone enzyme or within the Script cDNA Synthesis Kit, it provides flexibility for any workflow; complementary cDNA synthesis primers are available separately.
