Description
Script 2.0 is a newly engineered thermostable M-MLV reverse transcriptase for research and diagnostics: the all-rounder of the range and the most sensitive enzyme, for one-step RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, RNA-seq and RT-LAMP. It combines processivity and specificity, giving a high yield of full-length cDNA with low levels of mispriming and primer dimers, and supports reverse transcription of long transcripts at up to 55 °C and of shorter transcripts (up to several kb) at up to 65 °C.

Validated template-switching activity for RNA-seq protocols such as Smart-seq and FLASH-seq.
