Description
Script Turbo is a newly engineered thermostable M-MLV reverse transcriptase, the fastest and most processive enzyme of the range, designed for full-length cDNA synthesis and full-length RNA-seq. It is 5 to 10 times more processive than Script 2.0 while remaining more specific than common processive enzymes, giving a higher proportion of full-length cDNA over truncated and misprimed products. It shares the inhibitor resistance, thermostability and multiplex performance of Script 2.0.
