A complete 10x reaction buffer based on Tris-HCl and ammonium sulphate, with 25 mM MgCl2 and Tween 20, ready to use with no additions. It is the standard buffer for the Taq DNA polymerase E, HotStart and Red enzymes of the same range and can be used with all polymerases in the range. It is formulated for particularly efficient DNA amplification in routine PCR.
