Lyo-ready formulation of Script 2.0 Reverse Transcriptase, designed for mixes and assays to be lyophilized. Newly engineered thermostable M-MLV reverse transcriptase, the all-rounder of the range and the most sensitive enzyme, for one-step RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, RNA-seq and RT-LAMP.

Formulation designed for lyophilized RT-PCR mixes and assays.
Specific and processive at once
High yield of full-length cDNA with high specificity: low levels of mispriming and primer dimers, ideal for ultrasensitive one-step RT-PCR.
High thermostability
Full yield of long transcripts at up to 55 °C and of shorter transcripts (up to several kb) at up to 65 °C, for better results with structured RNA.
